Nonprofit Roundtable for Women

THE WHY

Women who lead nonprofits carry the weight of their organizations, including their staff, their community, their mission, and their own high expectations. The work is meaningful, but the role can be lonely, overwhelming, and emotionally demanding.

The Nonprofit Roundtable for Women creates a trusted circle of women CEOs and Executive Directors who want a safe, honest space to discuss challenges, celebrate wins, and connect with peers who truly understand.

THE CONVERSATION

Sessions are guided by the needs of the cohort and may explore topics such as:

  • Navigating board dynamics

  • Delegating when everything feels mission-critical

  • Managing burnout and executive isolation

  • Building confidence and self-advocacy

  • Fundraising stress, public visibility, and emotional labor

  • Leading a team when you’re holding everything together

  • Celebrating achievements without minimizing them

You bring your real experiences.
The group brings collective wisdom.
Rebecca provides skillful facilitation, reflection, and grounding.
