  • I coach women at all levels of leadership. Were you recently promoted and not yet feeling confident in your new position? Do you know you’re smart and capable, but feel overwhelmed by all you have on your plate? Do you know you need to set clear goals, but don’t know where to start?

    We’ll uncover the obstacles holding you back (both internal and external) and work to dismantle them.

    We’ll set clear goals to propel you forward with confidence.

    Sessions are scheduled monthly as 60-minute Zoom calls for a minimum of 6 months.

  • The Women’s Leadership Cohort is a professional development experience that provides customized, small-group coaching for women working in Independent Schools. This cohort offers a structured, safe space to build your leadership skills with a focus on self-awareness, relationship-building, and effective communication.

    Registration for the 2024-2025 Women’s Leadership Cohort will open in July 2024 for Admissions and Enrollment Management professionals.

  • I work with schools to identify emerging women leaders within their communities and determine the most effective ways to cultivate their potential.

    I help you build succession plans and leadership development tracks that are values aligned to retain great people and sustain the culture and health of your school.

    For female administrators and Heads of School, I provide leadership coaching to enhance their effectiveness with their teams and schools.

  • I offer workshops for schools and associations to help women find their authentic leadership style while understanding the internal and external forces holding them back from achieving their potential. Workshop attendees will create a personal strategic plan which includes goal setting and accountability.
