Leadership Circle for Women 2026-2027

    The Leadership Circle for Women is a professional development experience that provides customized, small-group coaching for women working in Admissions and Enrollment Management in Independent Schools. The Leadership Circle offers a structured, safe space to build your leadership skills with a focus on self-awareness, relationship-building, and effective communication.

  • Learn

    Connect with other women in similar roles to foster a community of support and learning.

    Discuss everyday challenges and celebrate successes.

    Learn to minimize and eliminate habits that hold you back from attaining your goals.

    Enhance leadership competencies.

    Have access to a leadership coach with knowledge and experience specific to independent schools.

  • Commit

    The Leadership Circle will have eight monthly 75-minute Zoom sessions between October 2026 and May 2027.

    Tentative dates are October 15, November 12, December 10, January 14, February 18, March 11, April 15, and May 6.

  • Invest

    The cost to participate in the 2026-2027 Leadership Circle for Women is $800 per person.
