Your Word for 2024

Have you ever chosen a “word of the year”?

It’s an intention, not a resolution. This is not what you want to do for the coming year. It’s bigger and more profound than that. It’s a guiding principle to help you focus your time, attention, and efforts. Yes, you may want to travel, get a new job, and spend more time with family - but those are goals.

You may have to look back through 2023 and ask yourself,  “What was missing?”

Sometimes, it's moving toward a new identity, and other times, it's returning to a forgotten place.

Here are two prompts and several examples that may resonate with you to get you started.

I am seeking:

Clarity
Growth
Simplicity
Peace
Wellness
Connection
Rest
Joy

I will be:

Bold
Determined
Strong
Fearless
Adventurous
Authentic
Connected
Brave
Confident
Curious

This is an easy exercise to make a significant impact in the next 12 months.
