Circle of Support

Dear Women Leaders,

Who supports you at home?

Do you have a loving partner? Compassionate children? Friends who are just a call away? Maybe a furry companion who greets you at the door?

When I begin working with clients, I often ask this question.
Not just out of curiosity, but because knowing who’s in your support circle matters.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

Support is essential to your sustainability as a leader.
And yet, asking for support?
That’s often the part we resist.

But your people—
They know you inside and out.
They’ve seen you rise and unravel.
They often speak to you with more gentleness and love than you give yourself.

💡 Let them help.

Let them remind you of who you are, especially when the world gets loud or heavy.

A reminder that leadership doesn't have to be lonely.
Let yourself be loved while you're leading.

Sincerely,
Your Leadership Coach
